In this episode, we explore this question, give you our insights in taking the firsts steps to reach out as well as discussing Russell Brand’s book ‘Mentor’s how to help where he explains how Chip helped him. We then consider how to get over the fear of asking for help, and it will ultimately change your life.

Hi There
Really enjoyed your interview with Alina & Craig – and this one about asking for help – so here I am asking for information at any rate.
I’ve done my level I & II training in EFT & MR but am still working through some other ‘stuff’ to gain the confidence to stat my own practice…
My addiction is cigarettes and I’m clear that it originates from the sexually abusive behaviour of a great-uncle many years ago.
I feel that I’ve kinda done the work of the abuse side – but where I really am pretty desperate to make some change is in my use of tobacco as a defence against stress – any stress – and I do currently live in highly stressed circumstances…
I realise that this is a powerful habit/crutch of long-standing power – and the couple of people I’ve asked about doing swops/sessions on this isssue just seem to glide away from the subject.
So I’m looking for a recommendation about who is the #1 Quit Smoking person in the field of EFT & MR?
Be grateful for any advice of where else to try if you don’t have any specific person in mind.
And, BTW, I think you are both doing great work here with the alcohol addiction problem! So thank you for your valuable work!
