The Soberful Women coaching program is carefully designed to help you dismantle the thinking and behavior that has been holding you back from living up to the aspirations you have for yourself.
It’s all about achieving emotional sobriety or learning to deal with your emotions and feelings.
Emotional Sobriety: being able to cope well with life’s inevitable ups and downs
You’ve already stopped drinking and don't ever want to go back.
Getting sober has been tough but worth it. Yet, you’re still struggling to get to that place in sobriety that everyone says is so wonderful.
Hint: You’re not alone.
Emotional sobriety doesn’t just materialize out of nowhere. It takes a bit of work. And some keen direction from someone who’s been there.
Feeling excited about life!
Discovering how to have fun without drinking.
Navigating relationships with ease and confidence.
Feeling like what you do and who you are is enough.
No longer locking away your emotions until they explode or overreacting to every little thing that goes wrong!
Managing emotions with a “toolbox” of practices (instead of alcohol).
Going through this with a small group of women just like you!
Letting go of the shame you’ve built up from past behaviors...
Feeling understood and supported—no judgement.
Being the parent you always wanted to be.
Feeling motivated and finding your purpose.
Being free from the pressure to drink!
You don’t have to walk around feeling like you’re not getting it right or like you’re missing something. We’ll work on all of this and so much more inside Soberful Women.
Life is short. It’s time to make every day count.

“Having someone I could vent to/bounce thoughts off in early recovery was so essential. I would have felt guilty or uncomfortable doing that with anyone else. I was able to talk about everything with you and not feel judged—there was no shame. You helped me in real-time through some difficulties that happened during our work together, and also helped me work through some of my really big traumas and patterns (which still come up for me, but I continue to use the tools you gave me to work on them).”
“Immensely grateful! I felt so solid and secure in my sobriety. I knew I had tools and resources and a network to help me with things that came up. I had wondered if I would struggle without the same level of support when we stopped working together, but it was more like training wheels coming off, and you had taught me how to ride the bike on my own."

“Working with Veronica changed my life. She helped me find the tools to begin to heal and create a picture of a full beautiful life in sobriety. On one of our first calls, she told me that my life could be in full color. I didn't believe her but today I can honestly say that sobriety is beyond anything I could have ever imagined when I reached out to her on that dark January day. Veronica took my hand, stood by my side, and rooted me on when I didn't know what to do next and thought I had to go at it alone.
Her words, inspiration, and tools are engraved in my heart and I go back to them over and over again to find strength, understanding, and a way forward. I am so grateful to have had her guidance and support as I began on one of the most difficult journeys of my life. I am forever grateful for Veronica and her work.”

“I am so impressed with you and your program. Being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 40 years (mostly retired now...), I have seen so much in the recovery field and the treatment field. As a subject matter expert, I have been in your (and Chip's, and Tamara's) shoes, providing lectures and workshops and the such. AND, on the other side of the tracks, I also have been a functional drug abuser...then later alcohol abuser for most of my life.
Veronica, I mean it when I say your program is second to none. You are a brilliant and compassionate leader and healer. Your program is tight and well thought out. And your treatment style is so comfortable yet very serious, insightful and top-of-the-line professional. You have tremendous healing colleagues in Chip, Tamara, and Louise. I admire your energy and passion for what you do.
I wanted to just step back and let you know how safe and confident I feel in your program. It is nice for me to now take my psychotherapeutic eyepieces off and let someone I trust take care of me. I trust you, Chip, Tamara & Louise...and all of the Soberful members who take their risks every day under the safe umbrella of your Soberful program."

“Today marks 3 years of sobriety for me! I found the Soberful Life group about a year ago and it has helped me grow so much into a truly soberFUL life. At the time I was happy to be sober but knew there was more I was missing, and I found it in this group.
All of the workshops, shared experiences, and encouragement have helped me stretch and grow into a fuller, brighter sober life. I’ve connected with people and I really appreciate the recovery groups and support and feedback I’ve received.
I can’t believe the amount of value we receive, it’s like having a sober coach to walk us through all of these different topics and challenges that you don’t think about but we all experience.
I’m so grateful to have found Soberful Life during my own sober journey!”
“I’m in my third year of sobriety and Soberful Life has been critical to my journey.
A huge amount of content: workshops, Q&As, regular guest speakers, and the ability to interact live with Veronica and Chip in online group recovery meetings.
It’s absolutely incredible value. A month’s membership for what I used to spend on a bottle of wine.
Veronica and Chip understand the struggle because they’ve been there. They are both in long-term recovery and both extremely experienced as they have worked for decades in the recovery field.
Long(er) term sobriety is about so much more than quitting drinking, it’s a complete mindset change, and Veronica and Chip will (gently) get you there.”

“I joined the group early on in my sobriety. The program was very focused and it felt a very safe container to be open, vulnerable, and to reach out when needed. It will also help you to find the root cause of your alcohol abuse and show how to move forward.”

Group coaching is a very effective way to achieve transformational growth. We often feel that we are alone and cannot see a clear way to move forward. In reality, the challenges we struggle with are actually very common. This group will be hand-picked to ensure it is a safe-supportive space. Guided and supported by Chip and Veronica, who will ensure you gain the tools you need to grow and change. Group coaching is much more affordable than individual coaching.
The group coaching calls will be recorded and available to view for about 7 days. This is to ensure that everyone stays up to date if they happen to miss a session.
The personal coaching sessions are a chance to go deeper into the reasons you drank and how your thinking is holding you back. We’ll spend time focusing on the areas that will help you change your mindset so that you can change your life. We will give you tools to do that and personalized feedback along the way.
