about this episode

“Trauma is not the thing that happens to you. Trauma is something that happens in the body.” – Dr. Christy Gibson

Are childhood experiences shaping our lifelong health?

Today, I’m joined by Dr. Christine Gibson to explore the profound impact trauma can have on our lives. • The findings of the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) study
  • Understanding the connection between trauma and physical health
