DAY 1 | All the answers are in your subconscious mind

Understanding that the subconscious mind runs the show and that the subconscious mind can be programmed just like a computer. Discover your faulty programming and limiting beliefs that are working against you.

DAY 2 | You are stuck in your story

When we keep repeating the same mistakes, we keep telling the story that we have failed, and we are a failure. Sobriety and life feel hard, and we blame our circumstances. However, when we change our language and shift how we see the world, we can get different results, and sobriety begins to feel easier.

DAY 3 | When you change your mindset, your life will change

Discover what fixed and growth mindsets are, and learn how we get stuck in a fixed mindset and can't change. We seek external fixes to internal problems and get lost in quick fixes. When we shift our mindset, all our outcomes improve.

DAY 4 | We can reprogram our thinking to succeed (at anything!)

Most of us have no idea that everything that happens in our lives is due to a script we were given in childhood. We still believe what we believed about ourselves as children, no matter how old we are. If we want to change our lives, we must change the limiting beliefs running in our subconscious minds.

DAY 5 | How to get a sober mindset

The most painful part of drinking is knowing that we are not the person we could be. We end up living a 50% life. Alcohol takes over, and we miss the main event. Your life is the main event—not arguing with yourself over whether you are going to drink or not. Today you will find out how you can begin to become the person you were always meant to be.
