Soberful’s online group coaching retreat created to help you thrive in three areas:

emotional sobriety | financial sobriety | relationship sobriety

Inner Circle is a deep-dive immersive group coaching experience to help you uncover where you’re stuck emotionally, financially, and in relationships—and take specific actions to move your life forward in each area.

Inner-Circle-SafeSpace

Inner Circle is a safe space.

Sometimes sobriety requires your full attention to self-care and growth. In this carefully-designed online retreat, you’ll join a group of like-minded individuals and work through your emotional, financial, and relational blocks under the guidance of recovery experts.

Something needs to shift.

Once you stop drinking, when life doesn’t immediately get better, you can quickly lose enthusiasm. When sobriety feels like an uphill battle, something needs to shift. Usually, that shift needs to happen in the three main areas we’re focused on in the Inner Circle Retreat.

Inner-Circle-MakeAChange

3 Months | 3 Retreats | 3 Ways to Grow

Participate in three online half-day mini-retreats, each followed by two 90-minute coaching calls over the following weeks to help keep you accountable to the changes you set out to make.

Month 1: Emotional Sobriety

Emotional sobriety is the foundation of living an alcohol-free life. When you have mastery over your emotions—rather than being at their mercy—your sobriety will feel easy.

In our first retreat session, you’ll learn about the four key areas where emotional mastery falters—resentments, fear, shame and guilt, and limiting beliefs—and how to turn them around. You’ll also learn how emotions have controlled your life and how they led you to use alcohol to cope. And finally, you will learn how to break free from their hold over you.

Month 2: Relational Sobriety

Relationships can be the source of our greatest joy and pain. As adults, we don’t usually understand that we are always acting out patterns in our relationships that we learned from childhood. That’s like having a 7-year-old run your life.

In month 3 you will learn why meeting your attachment needs is key to success in all your relationships. We will uncover the past relationship baggage that is holding you back, and we’ll teach you how to release it and create new boundaries. You’ll also learn about relationship cycles and why you respond to people the way you do. You’ll take steps to align your relationships with your needs.

Month 3: Financial Sobriety

Our relationship with money is very complicated. What we believe about money (and success) is programmed into our subconscious mind. In many ways, how we treat money is a reflection of our self-worth.

An alcohol problem can often lead to financial chaos. We can get sober but still be financially unmanageable and chaotic. In this training, you will learn about how you have formed your beliefs around money, wealth, and abundance. In order to generate the income, you desire you need to change your mindset. In this training, you will take steps to make that shift and implement many tools to help you reach your goals.

The Soberful Inner Circle Is For You If:

Your emotions feel like this:

  • You get caught in emotional outbursts before you can stop yourself.

  • You feel stressed out and worried and wish you were more calm.

  • You don’t communicate your feelings well, which often leaves your needs unmet.

  • You don’t know how you’ll feel from one day—or moment—to the next.

Your relationships sound like this:

  • There are a few difficult relationships in your life that don’t seem to change.

  • You have trouble finding the right partner and instead relive the same dysfunctional relationship over and over.

  • You want to feel closer to your loved ones, but you’re not sure how to make it happen.

  • Conflict in your relationships is causing you and others a lot of distress.

Your finances sound like this:

  • You want to stop dreading your monthly bills.

  • You avoid opening your mail.

  • You have multiple credit cards and are just making the minimum payment.

  • Your finances take you back to drinking.

  • You don’t have money saved for an emergency, new tires for the car, or holiday, let alone your children’s college fund.

  • You live paycheck to paycheck.

  • You don’t know where your money is going.

When Do I Get that Amazing Sober Life Everyone Talks About?

Do you ever feel...

Like you’re not getting it right or like you’re missing something? Like there’s something wrong with you because you’re not feeling blissful during sobriety?

You are in good company. Sustainable sobriety requires some inner work. We’ve got to dismantle the patterns and limiting beliefs we’ve been playing out all our lives. Otherwise, we’ll remain stuck, seeking solutions outside ourselves (and still feeling a strong urge to solve our problems with alcohol). It doesn’t have to be this way.

Inner Circle is a safe space for you to work through your biggest struggles in sobriety so that you can come out the other side with a new perspective, a hopeful trajectory, and plenty of tools to keep you on the path to true success in recovery. We’re excited to get started with you.

Immensely grateful! I felt so solid and secure in my sobriety. I knew I had tools and resources and a network to help me with things that came up. I had wondered if I would struggle without the same level of support when we stopped working together, but it was more like training wheels coming off, and you had taught me how to ride the bike on my own.”

— Coaching Client

I feel much more balanced in myself, even though I’m still in a transitional period of my life I’m ok with that and I’m leaning into all the new experiences and learning to manage my feelings appropriately. I feel more connected to God, myself, my friends, and family than I have in many many years.”

— Coaching Client

Veronica and her knowledge and her approach to recovery go beyond anyone I have ever worked with. She is real, raw at times, completely honest with an absolute will to truly help if you are looking to live a sober life. No matter where you are in your journey there is no judgment, just kindness, compassion, and a true concern to help you win at sobriety.”

"Working with Veronica changed my life. She helped me find the tools to begin to heal and create a picture of a full beautiful life in sobriety. On one of our first calls, she told me that my life could be in full color. I didn't believe her but today I can honestly say that sobriety is beyond anything I could have ever imagined when I reached out to her on that dark January day. Veronica took my hand, stood by my side, and rooted me on when I didn't know what to do next and thought I had to go at it alone."

— A “Sober and Free Woman”

"I started working with Chip early on in my sobriety. His focus was mainly on the emotional reasons for my drinking. We delved into my childhood relationships and it became clear very quickly why I had become a problem drinker. Chip has significant experience in this area and helped me tremendously in understanding how damaging those relationships and lack of love were to my self-confidence and well-being. I have huge respect for Chip and credit him for his guidance and imparting a solid foundation for my sober journey."

— Client

The program was very focused and it felt like a very safe container to be open, vulnerable, and to reach out when needed. I would recommend it to anyone starting the journey to sobriety as it will give you the tools to deal with situations and triggers. It will also help you to find the root cause of your alcohol abuse and show how to move forward.”
