Empowered Soberful Women
5-month sober coaching program for women who are empowered to thrive in sobriety even when life is hard
The Empowered Soberful Women coaching program is carefully designed to help you dismantle the thinking and behavior that has been holding you back from living up to the aspirations you have for yourself.
It’s all about achieving emotional sobriety or learning to effectively deal with your emotions and feelings.
emotional sobriety: feeling comfortable in our skin and managing our emotions
Getting sober has not been easy, but you know it’s worth it.
At least, you hope so. Yet, you’re still struggling to get to that place in sobriety that everyone says is so wonderful.
Hint: You’re not alone.
Emotional sobriety doesn’t just materialize out of nowhere. It takes a bit of work. And some keen direction from experts who have been there and know the way out.
An Empowered soberful woman:
Knows her worth.
Feels excited about life.
Is free from the pressure to drink.
Knows how to have FUN without drinking.
Has appropriate emotional responses to events.
Navigates relationships with ease and confidence.
Feels like what she does and who she is, is good enough.
No longer locks away her emotions until they explode, or overreacts to every little thing that goes wrong.
Manages emotions with a “toolbox” of practices (instead of with alcohol).
Is becoming the parent/partner/friend she longs to be.
Feels motivated and excited to find her purpose.
Feels understood and supported—not judged.
Is free of the good and bad opinion of others.
Learns and grows from her mistakes.
Loves who she is becoming.
Imagine letting go of the shame you’ve built up from past behaviors. Imagine going through all this with a small group of women just like you. Imagine sobriety as your superpower.
You don’t have to walk around feeling like you’re not getting it right or like you’re missing out on something. We’ll work on all of this and so much more inside Empowered Soberful Women.
Life is short. It’s time to make every day count.
“I had tried to get sober on my own many times and failed. I knew I needed support and I needed a programme but I was too afraid to go to AA in my town in case someone knew me. I had been listening to Soberful podcast for a few years and I trusted Chip and Veronica. Soberful Women helped me to become ok with myself—more than ok—liking myself, feeling proud of myself, feeling proud of the work I was doing for myself and the effort I was making for myself. Anything is possible now. I can make my own life and feel safe and strong and capable.”
“I joined Soberful Women because I could not maintain long term sobriety. The program worked more than anything I have ever participated in to stay sober. I made huge progress in changing my mindset thanks to all the invaluable help from [Tamara], staff, and other women in the program. I have hope for a better future because I am learning to create healthy boundaries. I can now identify being stuck as an opportunity for growth. I am learning to like myself. I can now accept mistakes as just mistakes, not just insurmountable character defects. I told Tamara that I can now say ‘I’m not perfect but parts of me are excellent.’ Big breakthrough.”
“Having someone I could vent to/bounce thoughts off in early recovery was so essential. I would have felt guilty or uncomfortable doing that with anyone else. I was able to talk about everything with you and not feel judged—there was no shame. You helped me in real time through some difficulties that happened during our work together, and also helped me work through some of my really big traumas and patterns (which still come up for me, but I continue to use the tools you gave me to work on them).”
“Immensely grateful! I felt so solid and secure in my sobriety. I knew I had tools and resources and a network to help me with things that came up. I had wondered if I would struggle without the same level of support when we stopped working together, but it was more like training wheels coming off, and you had taught me how to ride the bike on my own."
"I joined the group early on in my sobriety. The program was very focused and it felt a very safe container to be open, vulnerable, and to reach out when needed. I would recommend it to anyone starting the journey to sobriety as it will give you the tools to deal with situations and triggers. It will also help you to find the root cause of your alcohol abuse and show how to move forward."

What We Cover
Learn how to use boundaries to keep you safe and sober. Discover which areas in your life need boundary adjustments and work on refining them so you have space to do the inner work of sobriety.
Understand what it means to create balance in your life in a way that meets your needs as you become the person you long to be.
Fear, worry, stress, anxiety—we all face it in different ways, and it can make our lives very small. Learn how to free yourself from the grip fear has over you.
Self-esteem maintains our mental health and well-being. You’ll learn how to replace poor self-esteem with healthy self-esteem as a way to help your recovery.
To have thriving relationships with others requires that you have a healthy relationship with yourself. This is where we start. Then, we learn ways to navigate difficult relationships, as well as ways to work on deepening beneficial relationships.
We all have resentments. Some are big traumas and others are small annoyances that build up day to day. Instead of suppressing them, we learn to lean into them and work through it.
Learn why women use food to soothe (just like we used alcohol), and how connecting with your body is the foundation for healing your relationship with food.
Women’s hormonal health can have a big impact on your recovery. Learn about your own hormonal health, and how you can navigate sobriety more effectively during different life stages.
At the end, we consolidate everything you’ve learned into an empowering experience that carries you through the coming weeks, months, and years of living a Soberful life.
“Working with Veronica changed my life. She helped me find the tools to begin to heal and create a picture of a full beautiful life in sobriety. On one of our first calls, she told me that my life could be in full color. I didn't believe her but today I can honestly say that sobriety is beyond anything I could have ever imagined when I reached out to her on that dark January day. Veronica took my hand, stood by my side, and rooted me on when I didn't know what to do next and thought I had to go at it alone.
Her words, inspiration, and tools are engraved in my heart and I go back to them over and over again to find strength, understanding, and a way forward. I am so grateful to have had her guidance and support as I began on one of the most difficult journeys of my life. I am forever grateful for Veronica and her work.”
A 'Sober and Free Woman'
“Veronica challenged me to explore who I really am, which was tough at first. She was there to walk me through it. She gave me new tools to improve my marriage and parenting, methods to get in control of my emotions, and helped me heal an emotional wound I’d been carrying around for five years. Veronica has taught me that sobriety is so much more than quitting drinking. It’s creating an experience of life that’s as full and rich as possible. I’m now five months sober (a huge milestone in my adult life!) and I feel a sense of unlimited potential because of my time with Veronica.”
“I feel much more balanced in myself, even though I’m still in a transitional period of my life I’m ok with that and I’m leaning into all the new experiences and learning to manage my feelings appropriately. I feel more connected to God, myself, my friends, and family than I have in many many years.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Group coaching is a very effective way to achieve transformational growth. We often feel that we are alone and cannot see a clear way to move forward. In reality, the challenges we struggle with are actually very common. This group will be hand-picked to ensure it is a safe supportive space. Guided and supported by Veronica, Tamara, Mimi, Yulonda, and Tiffany, who will ensure you gain the tools you need to grow and change. Group coaching is much more affordable than individual coaching.
The group coaching calls will be recorded and available to view for about 7 days. This is to ensure that everyone stays up to date if they happen to miss a session.
