“Working with Veronica changed my life. She helped me find the tools to begin to heal and create a picture of a full beautiful life in sobriety. On one of our first calls, she told me that my life could be in full color. I didn't believe her but today I can honestly say that sobriety is beyond anything I could have ever imagined when I reached out to her on that dark January day. Veronica took my hand, stood by my side, and rooted me on when I didn't know what to do next and thought I had to go at it alone.
Her words, inspiration, and tools are engraved in my heart and I go back to them over and over again to find strength, understanding, and a way forward. I am so grateful to have had her guidance and support as I began on one of the most difficult journeys of my life. I am forever grateful for Veronica and her work.”

Learn how to use boundaries to keep you safe and sober. Discover which areas in your life need boundary adjustments and work on refining them so you have space to do the inner work of sobriety.

Understand what it means to create balance in your life in a way that meets your needs as you become the person you long to be.

To have thriving relationships with others requires that you have a healthy relationship with yourself. This is where we start. Then, we learn ways to navigate difficult relationships i, as well as ways to work on deepening beneficial relationships.

Guilt and shame are two difficult emotions that play a massive part in our drinking.⁣⁣ Develop tools to filter out the harmful toxic shame you’ve been carrying.

Fear, worry, stress, anxiety—we all face it in different ways, and it can make our lives very small. Learn how to free yourself from the grip fear has over you.

We all have resentments. Some are big traumas and others are small annoyances that build up day to day. Instead of suppressing them, we learn to lean into them and work through it.

Your thoughts and beliefs play a big role in your success in sobriety. We begin uncovering your limiting beliefs this week and shifting toward a growth mindset.

At the end, we consolidate everything you’ve learned into an empowering experience that carries you through the coming weeks, months, and years of living a soberful life.

I am so impressed with you and your program. Being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 40 years (mostly retired now...), I have seen so much in the recovery field and the treatment field. As a subject matter expert, I have been in your (and Chip's, and Tamara's) shoes, providing lectures and workshops and the such. AND, on the other side of the tracks, I also have been a functional drug abuser...then later alcohol abuser for most of my life.

Veronica, I mean it when I say your program is second to none. You are a brilliant and compassionate leader and healer. Your program is tight and well thought out. And your treatment style is so comfortable yet very serious, insightful and top-of-the-line professional. You have tremendous healing colleagues in Chip, Tamara, and Louise. I admire your energy and passion for what you do.

I wanted to just step back and let you know how safe and confident I feel in your program. It is nice for me to now take my psychotherapeutic eyepieces off and let someone I trust take care of me. I trust you, Chip, Tamara & Louise...and all of the Soberful members who take their risks every day under the safe umbrella of your Soberful program."

Today marks 3 years of sobriety for me! I found the Soberful Life group about a year ago and it has helped me grow so much into a truly soberFUL life. At the time I was happy to be sober but knew there was more I was missing, and I found it in this group.

All of the workshops, shared experiences, and encouragement have helped me stretch and grow into a fuller, brighter sober life. I’ve connected with people and I really appreciate the recovery groups and support and feedback I’ve received.

I can’t believe the amount of value we receive, it’s like having a sober coach to walk us through all of these different topics and challenges that you don’t think about but we all experience.

I’m so grateful to have found Soberful Life during my own sober journey!

—Jane, 43

I’m in my third year of sobriety and Soberful Life has been critical to my journey.

A huge amount of content: workshops, Q&As, regular guest speakers, and the ability to interact live with Veronica and Chip in online group recovery meetings.

It’s absolutely incredible value. A month’s membership for what I used to spend on a bottle of wine.

Veronica and Chip understand the struggle because they’ve been there. They are both in long-term recovery and both extremely experienced as they have worked for decades in the recovery field.

Long(er) term sobriety is about so much more than quitting drinking, it’s a complete mindset change, and Veronica and Chip will (gently) get you there.

“I joined the group early on in my sobriety. The program was very focused and it felt a very safe container to be open, vulnerable, and to reach out when needed. I would recommend it to anyone starting the journey to sobriety as it will give you the tools to deal with situations and triggers. It will also help you to find the root cause of your alcohol abuse and show how to move forward.”

Group coaching is a very effective way to achieve transformational growth. We often feel that we are alone and cannot see a clear way to move forward. In reality, the challenges we struggle with are actually very common. This group will be hand-picked to ensure it is a safe-supportive space. Guided and supported by Chip and Veronica, who will ensure you gain the tools you need to grow and change. Group coaching is much more affordable than individual coaching.

The group coaching calls will be recorded and available to view for about 7 days. This is to ensure that everyone stays up to date if they happen to miss a session.

The personal coaching sessions are a chance to go deeper into the reasons you drank and how your thinking is holding you back. We’ll spend time focusing on the areas that will help you change your mindset so that you can change your life. We will give you tools to do that and personalized feedback along the way.
